If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. We ask only that you return the product in the same condition and with the same packaging in which you received it.To return your purchase, please follow these steps:
1) Call staxi® (1-877-677-8294) to obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and proper documentation before returning items. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number and shipments will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.
2) Re-package the item along with all its parts in the box that it came in.
3) Complete the back of your order summary and place it inside the box. We suggest you keep a copy for your records.
4) Please return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item is received in our warehouse. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment used. For example, if you purchased by your credit card, the refund will be applied to the same card. If this time frame has passed, please contact our Customer Service (1-877-677-8294) with the tracking number that you received when you insured your package for return. We are not responsible for packages returned without insurance.
